1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Utsavo (“the Service”), operated at utsavo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Utsavo is a digital invitation and event management platform that allows users to create, customize, and share event invitations, manage guest lists, collect RSVPs, and receive wishes for cultural celebrations and personal events.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others’ rights
• Send spam or unsolicited invitations to people without their consent
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Utsavo (event details, invitation designs, uploaded images). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate.

6. Pricing & Payments

• The Service offers free and paid tiers
• Paid features are billed as described on our Pricing page
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Event slots purchased are non-refundable once redeemed (used to create an event)
• Unused, unredeemed slots may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

7. Templates & Designs

Templates provided by Utsavo are licensed for personal, non-commercial use within the Service. You may not extract, redistribute, or sell template designs outside of Utsavo.

8. AI-Generated Content

Utsavo offers AI-powered text generation for invitation messages. AI-generated content is provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or cultural sensitivity of AI-generated text.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utsavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
